People travel between Naples and Salerno for work, for a train, for a boat to the Amalfi Coast or simply to reach a seafront hotel. A transfer with a private driver suits anyone with fixed times, luggage or a meeting to arrive at looking composed, perhaps working on the way.
Pick-ups and drop-offs
We start from Capodichino, Napoli Centrale, the port or any address in the city. In Salerno we can drop you at the station, the harbour for boats to the coast, the Stazione Marittima cruise terminal, a hotel or a company office.
The route
The ride follows the Naples–Salerno motorway, a direct route that is often busy at rush hour and on summer weekends. Parts of Salerno’s seafront and centre have restricted access: we stop where the car can pull over, as close as possible to your destination. If you have a meeting or a boat to catch, add the time in the notes and we plan the right margin together.
Time and distance
It is about 55 km, usually 50 minutes to an hour (indicative, varies with traffic and season). For a booked train or ferry, leave early.
Who uses this route
Professionals and companies with meetings or trade fairs, guests heading to Salerno hotels, travellers continuing by sea to Amalfi or Positano, and cruise passengers landing in one port and leaving from the other.
Outbound, return and groups
For a working day you can book outbound and return at different times. Up to 4 passengers per car; for delegations and groups we arrange several cars. For recurring requests see the page for hotels and businesses.
Salerno as a gateway to the coast
Salerno is often where people take the boat to Amalfi and Positano, or the stop before heading on to Paestum and the Cilento. If your trip involves several moves, describe them in one request: we can arrange a ride to the harbour and, days later, the return to Naples Airport or the station, with agreed times for each leg.
Request the transfer
The route is ready in the form: add times, people and notes, then open WhatsApp. We reply with availability and a price to accept before the ride.
