Transfers for hotels and businesses are designed for those who arrange travel for other people: arriving guests, clients, speakers or staff. We organise rides with a private driver to and from the airport, station, port and events across Campania, with the price agreed before departure and clear communication on WhatsApp.
Transfers for hotels and businesses: who they are for
We work with accommodation providers that want to offer their guests a transfer and with businesses organising visits, meetings or events. You can request a single journey or tell us about an ongoing partnership through the support form.
How guest pick-up works
For each journey we agree the meeting point and the guest’s name in advance. Add the flight or train number in the notes and let us know about delays. If you have a partner code, enter it in the form: it will appear in the message.
An extra service for your guests
For a hotel or B&B, offering a reliable transfer from the airport or station makes your guests’ arrival easier from the very first moment. For a business, it means welcoming clients and colleagues on time. Every request goes through one clear message, so everyone knows who is travelling, where and when.
Luggage and groups
Each car carries up to 4 passengers. For larger groups we arrange several cars, subject to availability: the form works out how many you need. For delegations or groups of guests we coordinate several cars at the same time.
At night and at short notice
We operate every day, including nights, by reservation and subject to availability. Guests arriving late in the evening can be welcomed just like morning arrivals. The earlier you write, the easier it is to arrange the right car; we still consider short-notice requests and tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Price agreed before departure
You don’t find out the price at the end of the ride: you receive it in your quote and it applies to the journey described. Each quote is clear and refers to a specific journey, which also helps your accounting. Extra stops or additional waiting are agreed beforehand, so you always know what to expect.
How to request a quote
Fill in the ticket below: the service is already selected. Enter the guest’s details, times and destination; for ongoing arrangements use the support form. Tap “Open WhatsApp with your message” and send it: we reply with a price and availability. The request becomes a booking only once you accept the quote.
